Diligence and discretion.

A transaction is decided in the detail. We do the diligence ourselves — financial, tax and secretarial — and we surface what we find while there is still room to act on it.

We surface the red flags early.

Issues that emerge at signing cost leverage and time. We run the review at the front of the process and structure the deal to remove the flags a counterparty's diligence would otherwise find.
